The 2021 ROC is all elegance, perfume and sophistication, with a floral nose that is quite showy and exuberant, with notes of violets and lilies, lavender and aromatic herbs. It's medium-bodied and fine-grained, with very elegant tannins, like the ripeness of the grapes was much more perfect—they developed more nuance and complexity, and the quality of the tannins is very different from those of the 2020. 4,550 bottles produced.
