Los Loros Listán Negro

I found the 2021 Los Loros Listán Negro quite reductive. It feels a little lighter and fresher, perhaps because it contains some 5% Listán Blanco and has only 11.9% alcohol. It's more jovial, fresher and more balanced, with expressive red berries and a volcanic touch with some grainy tannins. It needs air and/or some more time in bottle. It's an early bottling after only three months in barrel. This was a 1,000-bottle lot, and there will be some 2,700 bottles more in March/April.
